does anyone else have Some Thing that happened a while back that they get really upset/angry about and as far as that other person knows, that matter is ‘settled’. but thats not how it feels to you, it doesnt feel settled, that wasnt enough, and every so often you get severely depressed or a bout of rage over it and you want to Start Shit again.
I also cry… And I can’t control it…and its usually at work. :(

This will be my wife and I’d first Christmas absolutely alone without family…
Basically we we going to visit my parents, but we aren’t exactly welcome in their home and we can’t afford a hotel room… We are trying to start our own traditions but we need ideas! What are some really cool traditions you guys do?
If anyone can reblog this and help I would appreciate it! I am trying to make this holiday season go from a “ba humbug” to “Happy Holidays”

The moral of Rudolph the Red nose reindeer is that no one likes you unless you’re useful.

Rudolph the red-nosed reindeer was created for sales campaign for Montgomery-Ward in 1939. So as a gimmick to get kids (and their parents) to buy things, I’d say, yes Rudolph is capitalist propaganda. Think the Toy’sRUs giraffe.
Admittedly though the moral of Rudolph could be interpreted as “everyone is useful and you shouldn’t look down on them due to weird physical attributes. This makes it a it more positive and gets away from the capitalism a bit.
Rudolph the Red Nosed Reindeer (the claymation movie) had A LOOOOT wrong with it..its very sexist at times and kinda freaked me out with the implied classist/racist undertones.
I know it has a good ending and all…but man is it hard to watch as an adult.

I had SUCH A FUN Korrasami dream…. It was like it was coming back for a new season online, in the form of a trailer… But when you clicked on an image in the trailer, it took you to a a new movie they made to promote the new season.
time had passed and while Korra was still really strong and fought to protect as well as gently guide… Things were changing in her southern water tribe…and she was expected to become the Chief… Also for some reason everything was underground…and more steam punk… O.o
ASAMI was awesome and she and Korra were totally cute! Lol I remember in my dream I would take screen caps of the moments so I could post them on tumblr.
There was lots of fun banter, and cuddles… And they both had awesome fight scenes.
Odd things:
Her mom was a different and stern character though who wasn’t supportive if her and Asami.
Korra’s father was battling major depression that no one knew about.
Again, the whole living underground in this grand city was strange. There was a lot of water… And it was beautiful… But def not the southern water tribe lol
Anyway, I was seriously sad that I woke up and it was only a dream… :( we freaking need those comics.
